What we (may) collect

Product principle: Our execution agent communicates only metadata, configuration, and control signals.
Customer data processed by BoltPipeline remains within your environment and is not transferred to BoltPipeline systems as part of normal operation.

How we use your information

We do not sell personal information.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Contract (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (to run and secure BoltPipeline), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it in line with our schedules and laws.

Sharing & processors

We use trusted providers (hosting, analytics, email). They act under contract and cannot use data for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
