Who we are

- Account & contact info (name, work email, company, role)
- Product usage events to improve reliability and UX
- Technical data (device, browser, OS, IP) for security/abuse prevention
- Support content you send us (email/forms)
- Information shared during consulting or implementation engagements, including documentation, schemas, or configuration details provided by you
Customer data processed by BoltPipeline remains within your environment and is not transferred to BoltPipeline systems as part of normal operation.
How we use your information
- Provide and secure the service (auth, access control, abuse detection)
- Operate features (validation, orchestration, runtime insights)
- Improve reliability and user experience
- Communicate product updates and important notices
- Support and troubleshooting

Contract (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (to run and secure BoltPipeline), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it in line with our schedules and laws.
Sharing & processors
We use trusted providers (hosting, analytics, email). They act under contract and cannot use data for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
